Our TowBoatUS dispatch center continues to be available 24/7. Our TowBoatUS national fleet is operational and ready to assist boaters across the country. With local and state guidelines changing from day to day, in an effort to keep our customers and captains safe, a few areas are limiting services.
The best way to summon on water assistance remains the TowBoatUS CONNECT feature within the BoatUS App. Using the App allows you to automatically get help, first with a text confirmation and then connecting via cell phone voice communications with the closest local towing captain.
